These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brothers Cleaning Co. website (brotherscleaningco.com) and related services operated by Brothers Cleaning Co. LLC ("Brothers Cleaning Co.," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the State of Florida.
By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform.
Brothers Cleaning Co. operates a technology platform that connects customers with independent contractor cleaning professionals ("Cleaners"). We are a marketplace — we facilitate the connection, handle booking logistics, process payments, and ensure quality standards.
Important: Brothers Cleaning Co. is a platform that connects customers with independent contractor cleaners. We are not a cleaning company that employs cleaners. Cleaners on our platform are independent contractors who set their own schedules and use their own methods within our quality guidelines.
To book a cleaning service, you may need to provide personal information including your name, email, phone number, and property address. You agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
When you complete a booking on our platform, you are requesting a cleaning service for the date, time, and specifications you selected. We will confirm your booking and assign a qualified Cleaner based on availability in your area.

Your price is calculated based on your home size (bedrooms and bathrooms), service type, and frequency. You will see your exact price before you book. There are no hidden fees.
When you book, your payment card is saved securely through Stripe. Your card is not charged at the time of booking. We charge your card only after your cleaning service has been completed. For recurring plans, your card is charged after each completed visit.
How our pricing works: Of the total amount you pay, 75% goes directly to your Cleaner and 25% goes to Brothers Cleaning Co. to cover platform operations, customer support, marketing, insurance, and technology. This model allows us to maintain high-quality standards while ensuring Cleaners are fairly compensated.
Tipping is optional but always appreciated. 100% of every tip goes directly to your Cleaner. Brothers Cleaning Co. does not take any portion of tips. The people doing the work deserve the full reward.
We may update our pricing from time to time. For recurring plans, we will notify you at least 14 days before any price change takes effect, giving you the option to adjust or cancel your plan.
Our promise: If you're not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will send a Cleaner back to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our reputation.
To request a re-clean, email us at hello@brotherscleaningco.com with details about the issue. Please include any photos if possible. We will coordinate a re-clean at a time convenient for you, typically within 48 hours.
Cleaners on the Brothers Cleaning Co. platform are independent contractors, not employees of Brothers Cleaning Co. LLC. This means:
All Cleaners on our platform are vetted, background-checked, and agree to maintain our quality standards. We regularly review Cleaner performance based on customer ratings and feedback.

If a Cleaner causes damage to your property during a booked service, please report it to us within 24 hours at hello@brotherscleaningco.com. We will investigate and work with you and the Cleaner to reach a fair resolution.
If you have a dispute related to our services, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@brotherscleaningco.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

All content on the Brothers Cleaning Co. website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Brothers Cleaning Co. LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using our services at any time. Any outstanding charges for completed services remain payable upon termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Brothers Cleaning Co. regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
