Before You Apply — Please Review

Cleaning Supplies: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own cleaning supplies and equipment. Upon acceptance, we will send you our official Amazon Supply List with every product and tool you need. You agree to purchase and use the products on this list to ensure a consistent, high-quality clean for every customer.

Estimated supply cost: $275 – $390 (one-time purchase). Includes rolling caddy, vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths, all cleaning products, and more.

$25 Onboarding Fee: Once approved, there is a one-time $25 onboarding fee which covers your branded Brothers Cleaning Co. polo shirt and onboarding materials. This is collected before your first job.

Branded Uniform (Optional): You will receive a Brothers Cleaning Co. branded polo shirt in your selected size. Wearing it is optional and incentivized — cleaners who wear the branded polo earn priority job placement because it builds customer trust. As an independent contractor, your appearance is your choice, never a requirement.

Cleaners on our platform earn between $25 and $55 per hour depending on the type of clean, location, and your experience level. Top-rated cleaners with recurring clients consistently earn at the higher end.
You get paid via weekly direct deposit every Friday. Tips are included immediately after each completed job. No invoicing, no chasing payments.
